Consultant, Finance for Impact
Clément Iraola provides expertise in governance and economic development. Recent work included the setting up of an Export Credit Agency in the Central European region. He also provided support for the design of financial inclusion policies in the Middle East and conducted extensive research on the Yemeni food crisis in cooperation with the World Food Program (WFP).
At Finance for Impact, he has conducted numerous strategic reviews and evaluations at portfolio and program levels. He also served as a member of the team working on a large scale assignment consisting in evaluating the economic and financial impacts of the annexation of Crimea by Russia ; in this role, he performed background research on the economic and political situation of Crimea in the early 2010s.
Clément graduated in Political Sciences and International Relations at Sciences Po. At Sciences Po, he organized conferences and events on the Rohingya’s migration, the Syria crisis and its consequences on the Middle East region.
